Julien Daulte was born in Zurich and grew up in Ticino, where he still lives. He started working in a landscape architect’s studio and, in 2001, embarked on a freelance career. At first, his main area was 3D visualisation for architecture, urbanism and landscaping, but soon the need to communicate projects led him to his involvement in increasingly complex work. He has over ten years’ experience in computer graphics and drawing up and managing the projects entrusted to studio daulte.
Loreta Daulte grew up in Locarno, Ticino, where she still lives. In 1999 she started working as a photographer in publishing, working in news and entertainment, as well as in reportage of various kinds. She decided in 2006 on a change of direction, taking the plunge to work as an independent photographer. She worked as one of the team of official photographers at the Locarno Film Festival and with Julien Daulte participated in the creation and the establishment of the creative studio called Effectred, now studio daulte. The studio now handles broader, not only, photographic, projects, involved as it is in graphics, web design, communication and a range of artistic subjects. She has an eye for perfection for when it comes to all of studio’s work, actively engaging in the creative development of the works and the processing and revision of all production.
