The owners of the Body Club gym commissioned us to update their website to make their online presence more captivating, modern, young and dynamic.
It was first important to study how the competition present themselves in order to create an online site for the client with an image that set it apart from the rest in what is a fiercely competitive sector characterised by constantly changing trends.
If the aim were to renew their image, a website would not of itself be enough. Our study thus brought together a whole range of elements that related not only to the web but also to the internal workings of the company itself.
We suggested a site with content arranged in an orderly and concise way so that the reader could obtain all the desired information easily and intuitively as they move from page to page.
The old site was also ill-equipped for adaptation to mobile devices. The new artwork and the arrangement of the content was specifically designed for viewing on computer, tablet and smartphone, with great attention paid to the layout of pages so as to offer a different experience for each different type of device being used.
The artwork were completely renewed along minimalist lines while maintaining a young and dynamic appearance. The creation of the images was very important to the process. The photographs and the various shoots aimed at being complementary to, and adding to, the information given on the site, while ensuring the user of the site discover the gym with the presence of people working there in the images.
The first stage, connected with the gym’s online presence, has been completed, while the ensuing stages relating to our analysis as submitted to the client are still ongoing. The objective is to further enhance the image of the gym, of the personal trainer and of the Body Club’s courses.
